I must upgrade my rating from one star to three. After several more visits for other purposes the service has been much better. More friendly and more accurate.
I had a five star experience when I purchased my truck at Blake Fulenwider in Clyde as an awesome experience when I took my wife's care in for service back in November. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family not only for new and used cars trucks vans and suv's but also for five star service. They get you in and out in no time and more important get it fixed right the first time and most important your car will leave the service department as clean as it was when it arrived !!!
I reside in Nevada and purchased my truck in Clyde. The taxes/registration process was a bit challenging and unfortunately, did not work out the way the dealership and I had arranged. Same with the Nevada sales tax. Dealership had to write me a check for taxes/registration/applicable fees in order to complete the processes.
Visitation with other customers during my visits still keep the rating low, as other customers were still very I'm satisfied with their experience. This akes for a bad experience with all customers.
Service has always been good, however they used to have a 19.99 oil change for people who purchased their vehicles from them. It was discontinued with no notification. So driving there to pay 42+ plus was very annoying. Could have saved time and fuel had I known and gone somewhere local.
Horrible. Three visits to get paper work corrected on a simple state inspection.
