Food was great, but I've seen less flies at a garbage dump. Employee didn't wash hands after picking up trash from floor, while another employee was vacuuming flies and crumbs from tables. Manager acted upset that I ordered fish. Windows and doors are filthy. Bring a fly swatter and a can of raid and be prepared to wipe the fly specks off the drink nozzles. Disgusting.
It's chicken express so of course it's good but the tea tasted a little dirty and the gravy was too thick for my liking, it's usually better. So as far as chicken express goes it's not the best one but definitely still good
Decent, greasy chicken with a typical waiting time for fast food. Nothing too special about this one(except the sweet tea), but you know what you're getting every time.
Sat 20 minutes in the drive thru. The food was right when we finally got it, but we had asked for the spicy seasoning which didn't get in to the bag. My husband went to ask the order taker for some, but she had quickly shut the window on us. He had to honk the car horn to get their attention. While we were waiting we could see her taking fries and eating them. Super unsanitary and unprofessional. Thankfully we don't live in the area, so we won't have to come to this Chicken Express ever again.
